This Mexican Taqueria is founded on a love for all things Latin, and treats the process of creating Mexican food as a form of art. Their pulled pork chipotle is made by pan-searing pork shoulder and then slow cooking it for hours, while their smoky chipotle salsa features Mexican and Californian chillis, which are smoked over pecan wood before being blended with onion, brown sugar, vinegar and spices.
